Meet Our President
Chris Onwuzurike is the President/CEO at KEO & Associates, Inc. With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, his work includes 15 years with the City of Detroit in various departments, as well as 10 years in the private sector, and the launch of KEO in 1994.
Chris earned a Bachelor’s of Architecture from Lawrence Technological University and a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Eastern Michigan University. He also holds a post-graduate certificate in Project management from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and another post graduate certificate in Digital Transformation from University of California (UC) Berkeley.
Chris is a licensed State of Michigan Builder and Contractor, specializing in Project Management. His project experience includes: Educational, Amusement Park, Recreational, Entertainment, Healthcare, Shopping Centers, Strip-Malls, Gas Stations, Public Facilities and Water Plants.
In the last thirty years, Chris has been responsible for providing oversight in numerous projects valued in excess of one billion dollars ($1billion).

Michelangelo Cereghino
Director of Preconstruction
Michelangelo Cereghino serves as the Director of Preconstruction for KEO & Associates, Inc., bringing over 28 years of expertise in design, construction supervision, project management, and cost estimation. He holds a B.S. in Architecture from Pontific Madre y Maestra University and has completed Construction Management Studies at Eastern Michigan University. Michelangelo is OSHA 30-Hour Certified in Construction Safety and Health and holds QC Certification form the Us Corp of Engineers along with proficiency in Procore software for project management, pre-construction, quality and safety, and resource management.
Affiliated with several professional organizations, including the Construction Association of Michigan (CAM), Association of General Contractors (AGC), Michigan Minority Business Development Council (MMBDC), and the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), Michelangelo is dedicated to fostering strong team relationships among owners’ representatives, consultants, subcontractors, and tradesmen. His international experience spans recreational, educational, and entertainment projects, with a deep understanding of project planning and extensive experience with MEP systems and installation.
During his 20-year tenure at KEO & Associates, Michelangelo has consistently ensured top-quality performance and efficiency, leveraging his detailed knowledge of project planning and specialized project management software expertise.

Courtney L. Jackson
Accounting Manager
Courtney L. Jackson serves as Accounting Manager for The KEO Group. She brings over 15 years of expertise in the accounting & finance, including expertise in Public, Private, Government, and Non-Profit sectors. She is a proud graduate of the Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Courtney oversees all areas of finance and payroll for The KEO Group. She is dedicated to fostering a strong team atmosphere and remaining consistent in ensuring top-quality performance and efficiency in the accounting department.

Lisa Ojeshina
Human Resource & Operations Manager
Lisa oversees all areas of office administration, personnel management and special project coordination. She oversees and supervises all project schedules, contractors, vendors and field personnel. She reviews and process contractor payment applications and account receivables. She ensures all certifications, insurance documents and sworn statements are compliant from conception to completion of all company projects.
Lisa comes with over 15 years experience in Human Resources Management, Project Management, Contract Negotiation and Corporate Business Analyst skills. She is an invaluable member, who is dedicated to bring efficiency and punctuality to all company
