KEO and Associates, Inc. was contracted to perform work at the Matthaei Facility at the Wayne State University located along Anthony Wayne Drive in Detroit, Michigan. The Matthaei Facility is an athletic facility on the Wayne State University Campus; one of the primary objectives of this renovation was to create additional space for a sports medicine office. This task was accomplished with the reconfiguring of the old locker rooms.

Work performed included a new therapeutic Whirlpool tub, new upgrades to the plumbing, mechanical equipment and the electrical system. A new rooftop HVAC system was installed to serve this zone. New fluorescent light fixtures, acoustic ceiling, doors and hardware were installed at this facility. New vinyl composite tile and ceramic flooring were also installed to replace and match the existing.
