TTeaming up with DiClemente Siegel Design Inc., KEO & Associates completed Design-Build Services for the renovations of this 24,000 square foot existing facility. Extensive demolition occurred throughout to make way for new HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems and interior finishes.

A new mechanical system was incorporated that included five units and new, technologically advanced controls. A complete replacement of the roof and a new life safety system were installed as well. Men’s and women’s restrooms were updated with new flooring, ceilings, lighting and plumbing fixtures; men’s and women’s locker rooms were updated with new flooring, ceilings, lighting, showers and lockers.

The interior masonry walls were cleaned and sealed throughout, and the gymnasium floor was completely refinished. Bright, primary colors were selected and used intermittently throughout floor patterns, wall painting and equipment in various spaces of the building.

The exterior work consisted in implementation of new LED exterior and parking lot lighting, complete removal and reconfiguration of the parking lot with new approaches, sidewalk and bituminous pavement.
