Keo completed the Design-Build project of 25,440 sf for the Detroit Department Police Department, the work included: Carpentry, Flooring, Painting, HVAC work, Fire Suppression, Access Control, Door and Hardware, and exterior improvement – Fence, parking lot and landscaping.

This work was done in fast track to allow the Internal Investigation Division to move to this location and vacate in a record time of 5 month. The work started with different contractor that default with the City of Detroit and we took over to repair, construct and finalize this project for our client with outstanding satisfaction.
