Teaming up with Partners in Architecture, KEO & Associates completed Design-Build Services for the renovations of this 6,000sf existing facility. Extensive demolition occurred throughout to make way for new Monitor wall, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems and interior finishes.

A new mechanical system was incorporated with technologically advanced controls. A new state of the art network, AV system and Controls were installed to create a most needed Real Time Crime center in the efforts to monitor the “Detroit Green light initiative”.
