KEO provided general contracting services for the renovation and improvements to Jayne Playfield. The project was funded in part through a Trust Fund Grant and administered through the Michigan Department of Natural Resources. Work included upgrades and improvements to multiple softball and baseball fields, a batting cage, a children’s play area, several parking lots, basketball court, tennis courts and indoor facility. Scope of services included demolition, asphalt, concrete, fence work, landscaping, site amenities, electrical and plumbing.
