Keo completed the Design-Build project of an Addition of 6,500 sf to the Detroit Department of Information Technology, including carpentry, flooring, Painting, HVAC work, Fire Suppression, Access Control, door and Hardware. This work was completed in fast track Schule while the occupants where in the suite adjacent to the work. The design encompasses a very contemporary design with vibrant colors and modern furniture.
