Advantage Health Centers hired KEO to provide Design Build Services for renovations and necessary improvements to the 18,800-sf former Focus Hope Administration Building.  The renovation to this building came at a time when a new Health Center in the Focus Hope and Highland Park Area is much needed; this facility also oversees Behavioral Health & Dental Services.  The work performed included gut demolition, buildout, and improvements to the existing building.  New system upgrade included new roofing, electrical, mechanical and construction of a new dental clinic and dumpster enclosure.
