Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are met. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial construction, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing mid to large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders.
  • Lead, develop, and manage project management staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing mid to large-scale commercial construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • PMP or other relevant certifications preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
