U. S. Department Of Labor Awarded Keo and Associates, Inc. the contract to carry out Construction Management Services for the Center-wide roof/replacement at Flint –Genesee Job Corps Center, Flint Michigan. The work was to include all investigation and design for the replacement of existing systems in order to provide a watertight system. Design and construction services for replacement of roofs on 8 buildings; the replacement of the skylights on 2 buildings; separation of the combined overflow and drain assemblies at each roof drain at the center.
To accomplish the project Scope of Work (SOW), Keo and Associates Inc. assembled a professional team comprising of Architectural/Engineering Firm, Commercial roofing contractor and HVAC contractor. Ehresman Associates, Inc., a professional Architectural and Engineering consultant facilitated the demands of the project design requirements. Lutz Roofing provided expertise in roofing construction. Macomb mechanical handled all the HVAC issues. Keo personnel provided overall project oversight along with associated Construction Management Services to cover the SOW.
